There are few exhilarating moments likened to that of getting behind the wheel of a beautiful vehicle and enjoying all of the wonderful bells and whistles inside. This weekend I felt that exact jolt of happy as I partnered with Park Place Porsche of Dallas and slid inside a 2018 Porsche Macan.
This beauty has 5 fast-revving and powerful engine options, from 252 horsepower all the way to 440 hp, give the Macan plenty of performance. That’s combined with a rear-biased all-wheel-drive system, a quick-shifting seven-speed transmission and a suspension that’s calibrated more for a winding mountain road than for off-roading. It drove like a dream and I was giddy to feel the control of a vehicle that knows the road like the back of it’s hand…err.. bumper.

It certainly turned heads as the panoramic sunroof lit up it’s riders and the subtle beats from the Bose stereo lit up the afternoon in style.
For comfort, class and cool points, this Macan can’t be beat.
